1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of goesyourway.com and everything on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. This site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your own local law.

3. What this site provides

Goes Your Way publishes general information and opinion about products sold by other companies. It is provided for general interest only, on an "as is" basis, and it may be incomplete, may become out of date, and may contain errors.

We may change, add or remove anything on this site at any time without telling you first.

4. This is not professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, health, psychological, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind between you and us.

Statements about any product on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no product mentioned here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here, and never disregard professional advice because of something published on this site.

5. We are not a party to your purchase

This is the clause that matters most, so we will put it plainly.

We do not sell, make, stock, deliver, support or refund any product mentioned on this site. When you follow a link and buy something, you enter a contract with a different company, on its website, under its terms.

That company alone is responsible for the product, its claims, your payment, delivery, support, guarantees and refunds. We are not a party to that contract, and we cannot resolve a dispute about it, issue a refund, or cancel an order. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact the seller.

6. These pages are paid reviews

Every page on this site is a review. We write about things other people make and sell.

We are not the maker of any product here. We are not the owner. We did not build it, and we do not run the company that sells it.

We get paid for these reviews. When you buy through a link here, the seller pays us a fee. The fee costs you nothing extra. You pay the same price either way.

So take every page here as a paid review. Not as the seller talking. Not as advice.

7. Links to other websites

This site links to websites we do not run. We include a link because we think the destination may be of interest, not as a guarantee of it. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, their products, their claims or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement of everything found there.

8. No promise of results

We make no promise that any product mentioned here will work for you or produce any particular outcome. We publish no income claims and no earnings figures. Where a seller states a result, that is the seller's statement and not ours. Individual results vary.

The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. 12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Goes Your Way and anyone working with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or connected with your use of this site, your reliance on anything published here, or any product you buy from a third party after following a link from here.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of implied warranties. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goes Your Way from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

14. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant we will make that clear on this page.

16. Ending access

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where we believe these terms have been breached.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Goes Your Way is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site.

18. General

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate and Earnings Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. You may not transfer your rights under them.
